Services at Cypress Day Spa are done by appointment only. You can either call or visit us to make your reservations at your earliest convenience.
We hope you can join us but if you need to cancel your reservations, to avoid cancellation charges, please honor our 24 hour cancellation policy.
When you schedule appointments, you are reserving periods of time for yourself. Because we set aside this period of time only for you, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. 50% of the value of the scheduled appointment will be charged for cancellations or changes within 24 hours. No-shows are charged at full value. A rescheduling fee equal to 50% of a scheduled service will apply due to arriving excessively late thus causing a scheduled appointment to not be performed.
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at Cypress Day Spa & Salon at the time service is rendered. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates may be used for services only. Lost, misplaced, or stolen Gift Certificates are not refundable, replaceable nor valid.
