How does Herbal A-Peel work?

The peeling mask, mixed with our peel lotion into a soft paste, will be massaged into the skin where the herbs micro particles gently polish the upper layer of the skin. Other ingredients contained in the herbs penetrate into the skin where they remain active for two days releasing valuable substances such as herbal hormones, vitamins, and enzymes to support the growth of new skin.

The treatment increases blood circulation of the skin, stimulating metabolic processes causing the upper lays of the skin to peel off within three to four days. The improved blood circulation along with removal of the upper layer of skin induces regeneration of the skin. Normalizing processes occur in a natural way while improving cell turnover rate.

AFTER THE TREATMENT
After the treatment, the skin will be slightly red and you may feel a light, sun burned sensation. During the course of the next few days, Alex Cosmetic Home Care Products will be used to protect the skin during the peeling process while providing it with valuable, active ingredients.

Three to four days later, the upper layer of the skin will begin to peel off. By the fourth or fifth day, the peeling process should be complete and a follow up treatment will take place where remaining old skin will be massaged away and appropriate products rich in nourishing and regnerating properties will be applied to protect and maintain rejuvenated new skin. The new skin complexion will be more refined, firm and healthy.

HOW DEEP DOES IT GO?
The fact that the epidermis remains completely undamaged during the massage, and the fact that the skin peels only 3 or 4 days after the actual treatment, shows that Herbal Aktiv Peel is an 'epidermal' peel. It doesn't go deep at all, and is therefore safer. However, photographs show surprising outcomes. Series of 3 or 4 treatments have even improved the appearance of stretch marks significantly.

There is another fundamental difference between chemical acids and Herbal Aktiv Skin Peel. Removal of one of more layers with acids will leave the skin vulnerable to external influences, with infection an ever present threat.

With 'Herbal Aktiv Peel', the old skin stays in place whilst the new skin regenerates. The developing new skin is protected until it is ready to face the environment without ill effects. Our photo shows the healthy appearance of the new skin immediately following the Herbal Aktiv Skin Peel.

We are instructed NEVER to force off the old skin prematurely. Nature will cause it to detach as soon as the new skin is ready.

5 DAY - STEP BY STEP:


Herbal A-Peel treatment massage is performed by your certified trained skin care professional. Your skin will appear slightly flushed and may feel a light, sun burned sensation.	Use your three home care products only as instructed by your skin care professional. Your skin looks normal.	Continue using your home care products as much as needed. First signs of peeling may appear today.	Peeling of the old skin is often noticeable. Apply your home care products to hydrate, protect and conceal the skin.	Visit your skin care professional to receive the 5th day Follow up Treatment. Special ampoules and masques are applied to enhance the result of the peel and reveal your new skin.
