Services at Cypress Day Spa are done by appointment only. You can either call or visit us to make your reservations at your earliest convenience.
We hope you can join us but if you need to cancel your reservations, to avoid cancellation charges, please honor our 24 hour cancellation policy.
Before your spa treatment, for an ideal experience, we prefer you to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your reserved time in order to check in, relax, and unwind before your treatment begins. Please note if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
Please do not shave 24 hours before an exfoliation treatment as this may cause irritation to sensitive skin types.
You may be on cloud nine when you leave the treatment room. You could forget about the ring or any other jewelry placed on the dresser ... so don't bring jewelry as we won't take any responsibility for it.
To enjoy the full benefits of a relaxing spa treatment, we recommend you leave pagers and cell phones "off."
